Terms of Use

QRCodeWifi provides free, browser-based tools for creating and printing WiFi QR codes. By using the site you agree to the terms below.

Last updated: October 2026

The service

The site is free to use. There is no account, no subscription, no credit system and no charge for any download. You may use the generated codes for personal or commercial purposes, including in a business, on a sign, in a brochure or in an app.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are. We work to keep the code generation correct and compatible with common phones, but we cannot guarantee that every device, camera or QR reader will scan every code you produce, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.

You are responsible for the network details you enter. If you publish a QR code containing a network password, you accept that anyone who can read the code may be able to join that network.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to gain access to a network you are not authorised to use.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, overload it, or use automated tools to place excessive load on it.
  • Do not present the site or its tools as your own product, and do not misrepresent the origin of the generated codes.

Your content

You keep the rights to everything you create with the tools. Because generation happens in your browser, we never receive a copy of your network details, your images or your downloads.

Advertising

The site may be funded by display advertising. Advertisements are kept separate from the tools: they are never placed inside a download, never disguised as a button, and never block the generator.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site evolves. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@qrcodewifi.com.
